Self-care helps us to reconnect with ourselves and allows us to ultimately have more energy to share with others. As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Professional Life Coach, I want to help you rediscover and prioritize yourself so that you can live your life with intention and joy. By supporting your mind and body wellness goals, I can help you to increase awareness of your individual needs, decrease stress and can help you to begin your journey on your own path to peace.
Relaxation, Therapeutic and Deep Tissue Massage
Passion for massage and a deep desire to help my clients inspires my work as a Licensed Massage Therapist. By listening to and connecting with each of my clients, I customize every treatment to meet their unique needs. After each treatment, I will share my findings and suggestions to help you stay comfortable well beyond your appointment.

Offering both 60 and 90 minute massage sessions, I value your commitment to self-care and offer discounts when a series of 4 sessions is purchased in advance.
Life Coaching Sessions
Life coaching sessions can be a partnership in taking your life from where you are now to where you want to be. With support and encouragement, your session will help you decrease stress, increase balance in your life and help you rediscover what brings you joy and peace. In addition to individual sessions, I offer a series of 4 sessions with a specific focus for a discounted rate. Focused series include Stress Reduction, Rediscovering Yourself and Life Balance.
Life Coaching sessions are 75 minutes.
Products
I strive to use only natural and organic products in each massage session. In addition to high-quality jojoba oil, I use locally produced salves and lotions in many treatments. I work exclusively with the owner and herbalist of La Yerberia Botanicals who has personally created the products that I use.
Path to Peace Wellness has moved!
Path to Peace Wellness is now located in the beautiful community of Civano at 10501 E. Seven Generations Way Suite 121 and is currently accepting new clients. I continue to wear a mask in all of my sessions and ask that all of my clients do the same.
